The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bucaramanga. I appreciated the spacious shower, definitely a highlight after a long day exploring. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety, a great way to start my mornings. However, the room didn’t meet my cleanliness expectations. It had a noticeable odor that made it uncomfortable at times. The shower glass door was problematic. it didn’t close properly, raising some safety concerns. Also, while there was an iron, an ironing board wasn’t provided, making it difficult to manage my clothes. Overall, it had great potential, but several aspects could use improvement.

Location was spot on—so many fun places nearby! Loved my cozy Double Room, a perfect escape after a busy day. The front desk was genuinely helpful, making my stay comfortable and easy.

However, my shower was more splash zone than bathing area—water everywhere! And the parking situation? Let's just say I didn't reserve a spot to become friends with random parking fees.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a great start to the day. The double room had a nice view, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, making our stay quite comfortable. The 24-hour front desk was very helpful during our time there.

The room was equipped with two queen size beds, making it spacious for a solo traveler. The breakfast was passable, but the location in the lively Cabecera neighborhood offered plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to explore. Also, the 24-hour front desk was quite helpful.

This was just a strong match for a flash stay in Bucaramanga with decent value for money. The shower was spacious which gave some comfort after a long day. Make sure to ask for extra towels right away to avoid delays.
